Our standard turnaround for a highlight reel is 5 business days from shoot day. For clients who need social content live the same day, we offer a same-day short clip service where a cut is available within hours of the event ending. Full recap videos and longer edits follow within the agreed timeline. If you have a hard deadline, such as a campaign or announcement, tell us in advance and we will plan around it.
It depends on the complexity of your event. A single-stage conference or product launch typically runs with two to three cameras. Multi-stage events or activations with multiple simultaneous moments may require four or more. We assess your event layout and run sheet during pre-production and recommend the right crew configuration to ensure nothing important is missed.
Yes. We are based in Blacktown, Western Sydney, but we travel Australia-wide for events. We have covered events in Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Canberra, and regional NSW. Travel costs are quoted separately and transparently. Get in touch with your event location and date and we will provide a full quote including travel.
Absolutely fine. Our base event coverage package is built around the highlight reel as the primary deliverable. You choose which additional outputs you want from the list of available assets. There is no obligation to purchase every deliverable. Many clients start with a highlight reel and add social cuts or speaker segments once they see the quality of the footage.
Our crew is experienced at working invisibly within events. We brief every team member on the event program and protocol before arrival. We use professional broadcast equipment that is designed for event environments, including low-light settings and dynamic audio. Most guests do not notice the crew is there at all, which is exactly the goal. The footage looks professional because of the equipment and approach, not because of how conspicuous the setup is.
To prepare effectively, we need your run sheet or event schedule, the venue address and contact, a list of must-have moments or shots, and any brand guidelines for captions and titles. The more detail you give us upfront, the better the final result. We handle everything else, including crew logistics, equipment, and post-production.
Yes. We offer full livestream production as a separate service, including multi-camera switching, lower thirds and graphics, and simultaneous streaming to multiple platforms. Livestream can be combined with event coverage so you get both a live broadcast and a polished post-event highlight reel from the same crew. Livestream production starts from $6,000 AUD ex GST.
